Requesting Materials for the Library’s Collection

The library encourages each academic department or program to assist in the identification of appropriate library materials that support the curriculum. All members of the department or program are encouraged to share their knowledge by participating in this endeavor.
A subject librarian assists with materials selection by providing information on particular items or on broad subject areas. Please contact your subject librarian, or use the purchase request form, with to request to purchase materials for the collection. While the library does not automatically approve all requests, we make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Materials needed in any semester should be ordered at least two months prior to the start of the semester. Should you need materials for the first semester, the library will try and obtain materials for you in as timely manner as possible.
